I selected this hotel based on its location near my friend's apartment in the 15th and the value. It was in a quiet residential neighborhood. The staff was great and friendly, my room was cute and clean. I did not have breakfast in the hotel, in fact I would recommend going down the street and enjoying a coffee and croissant at one of the local bakeries. I would enjoy watching the families taking their kids to school and watching residents getting to start their day. The hotel was also closely located to a grocery store which was great to grab water or a bottle of wine. Room decor was fun with the sin themes, small yet clean.
