The Langham, Hong Kong Hotel

Hard to beat the service here. Located in Kowloon a 2 minute walk to the Star Ferry and right on the railway line at Tsim Sha Tsui. Good size rooms and great buffet breakfasts. We always go to the Club rooms which gives access to include wine and light meals in their private area. Always a bonus after a long day sightseeing when you just can't drag yourself out again. There are no harbor views, but the rooms make up for it. Plenty of shopping and food areas downstairs. All in all, this was a fantastic stay and I would not hesitate to return or recommend The Langham! Nothing more I could ask for just continue giving guest the great service that you provide.

The Langham Hotel, Hong Kong is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From being greeted at the door in a friendly and professional manner we were then guided to check-in which was speedy, professional & friendly. Shown to our rooms and seconds later the luggage arrived. The rooms are spacious and well presented - large very very comfortable beds with good facilities. The bathroom was well appointed with everything you need. Turn-down service ensures that you don't have to worry about anything - if you use something during the day it is replaced on turn-down. Public areas are spacious, clean and attractive - didn't use the restaurants but did use the bar which again the staff are brilliant - nothing is too much trouble for anyone at this hotel. We had problem with construction across the road - (which the hotel was unaware of) this did cause some lack of sleep. It was reported to Carrie Yeung who put wheels in motion to find out more. On finding that the construction could go on for another couple of nights insisted (in a good way) that we move - this was carried out without disruption to our schedule - and they left us wine & fruits in our rooms - which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Kowloon and I hope to return myself one day soon.

The staff were very helpful during my trip. Location,Convenient for the snacks and bar, you can get all you need nearly. Staff,they are friendly and professional to assist me of my stay. Rooms,comfortable,clean and had the nice view. Definitely coming back soon. Good location, near the underground station.View of the Hotel is spectacular. Couldn't have asked for a better Hotel. Would choose to stay at this Hotel again when I come to HK on my next business trip.

This place is a class act.Beautiful hotel right in the heart of the shopping district of HK.The rooms, pool and spa facilities are outstanding.Staff literally cannot do enough for you, knowledgable and helpful. The rooms are elegant and extremely comfortable.The hotel is centrally located and the staff are all very professional and helpful.The breakfast is excellent and perhaps the best we experienced in our whole trip.Thank you all again.Would highly recommend this hotel.

This is the perfect spot for us since our main reason for going to Hongkong is to shop. This is at the center of all the wonderful shopping places. Walking distance also to MTR Tsim Sha Tsui station. It's hard to get a room when it's peak season so it's better to book in advance.
