Apart from the very centralized location with Jordan's MRT station right beneath the hotel and the number of good eateries around the hotel, the check-in and check-out services are awfully tardy and sluggish, forming a snake queue blocking the escalator pathway. Although there are four lifts in the lobby, if you are staying on Level 15 and above, there are only two direct lifts; and at any one time, only one lift will stop at the main lobby level. If that's not the lift that's going up to the higher levels, you'd need to send it up before another lift will stop at the lobby level. They don't have WiFi connections in the room, you still need to go down to the lobby to have free internet for like an hour. You have to purchase an internet connection for your room which is also expensive. What I like about this hotel is convenience. There are shopping areas at the bottom of the hotel, a pharmacy, grocery, foreign exchange centers, restaurants, bus stops, and train station that are very accessible.
