Just spent 4 nights here. I basically agree with other reviewers. Pros include its central location, just minutes from the Duomo and subway stops; its helpful front desk staff, who attempted to get us tickets to view the Last Supper, who made restaurant reservations for us, and who called our airline on our behalf when we had check in difficulties; its price; its breakfast, especially freshly squeezed orange juice, great coffee and a general nice variety; and its general cleanliness. Just that the room is in general need of renovation. Took us awhile to figure out how to lose the red light near the bed, and never figured out the heating/cooling- don't think the thermostat worked. No noise from neighboring rooms, but was noisy if we opened the window (streetcars, traffic). But with everything said, I would recommend this hotel for those who seek a centrally located reasonably priced hotel room in Milan.
