The door to R-309 looked freshly painted but the old paint was never taken/removed off. Lots of bubbles and/or old paint...gross!! The door was hard to open...stuck. Had to use my shoulder to push/force opened each time we entered. The 1st night I couldn't sleep. I couldn't warm up even when I turned the air conditioner off. Discovered that the bedding (cover/blanket/top-bottom sheet/mattress pad) were damped on both beds. Removed bedding on beds & put them in the tub...make sure they would not be placed back on. Doubled 2 bath towels on top of each other to lay on. Paid $50.35 for Resort Fee. At check-in, I didn't understand the language of the Front Desk Clerk. I was tired from my trip there & decided to wait. 3rd morning asked another clerk. Was told the charge was an extra city tax. (We left every morning & returned nightly.) Finally checked my Summary of the Reservation (AMOMA.com) & it stated ' Mandatory city tax to be paid at the hotel is 0 USD for the entire booking.' Morning of check-out was told by the 3rd clerk that the $50.35 was a resort fee (in-room safe). I never use the safe. I wore my jewel & the ones I didn't wear...I took with me. I even took my lap top with me. Not consistent with their response. Breakfast was okay. My 7&8 yrs old nieces liked the breakfast. I don't eat pork...1 out of 4 mornings, I was not abled to eat a hot breakfast. One of the morning, the eggs didn't taste good. Too watery or not done? Disappointed in the waffles...frozen. I will not return to this hotel because the floors are
